Just a few lines for the possible benefit of others.

I am a baby boomer and quite concerned about staying healthy and attractive.

Before attending the Henry Shaw clinic I took a great deal of expensive vitamins and supplements under the belief that they were helping me.

Their screening of me for food intolerances and vitamins has helped me in many ways. Now, I take only what vitamins I truly need (saving me money) and now that I know what foods to avoid my bloating has gone.

I am writing to inform you of my progress, as it may be useful for other patients to have some feedback.

You may remember that back in June you removed all my amalgam fillings, I was at that time plagued by repetitive ME symptoms. It did take my teeth a while to settle down after such a traumatic experience, I would say it was two months before they were comfortable again. Even now from time to time the replacement fillings on the left side of my mouth (upper ones) play up, displaying very sharp pains when cleaned.

Since the removal of the amalgam my mouth feels much cleaner and generally healthier, with no magnetic sensations, bad metallic taste or breath. From Mid September I have been ME free, I have not had any of the previously recurrent symptoms and am now getting my life back on track. Since then I have been back at my dance classes. And this month I have successfully interviewed for a part time job. It is still early days and my fitness has still some way to go but to be able to lead a ‘normal’ life again is truly wonderful.

I just wanted to let you know how much better I am feeling without the metal and dead teeth in my mouth and to thank you for your help & support. For the first time in years I’m not constantly worrying about my teeth. Though I’m still falling asleep my energy has definitely increased and my Cranial sacral therapist who has been working on me for more than 3 years says that there has been a shift in my system and the charge around the brain stem which he has often worked with has gone & the work I’m doing with him seems to be progressing to a different and deeper level.

Its taken me some time to be really sure I’m feeling better & get used to the denture & how I look without it, but the benefits have helped me come to terms with that.
