1. Swedish - founded by Peter Henry Ling, a deep body massage using oils. Cost - £49.00
2. Indian Head - head, neck and shoulder are massaged, either with or without oils, it is not necessary to totally disrobe and is therefore suitable for those of a shy disposition. Cost -£45.00
3. Thai body massage - this is a work-out whilst fully clothed. For full benefit a minimum of 90 minutes is required. Cost from £75.00 for 90 minutes.
4. Thai foot massage- utilises a formed wood baton to stimulate the body and assist in well-being. Cost from £35.00
5. Aromatherapy.- Using individually chosen, organic, essential oils. Cost from £35.00

Reiki

Reiki (Japanese for Universal Energy) originated in Tibet and was developed by the Japanese.

It is a natural healing art and operates through the practitioners’ hands.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
