Principal Practitioner

Dr. Carolyn Green, B.D.S., L.F.Hom(Dent), Dip. FCT, our principal practitioner, qualified in 1976 as a Dental Surgeon at the University of Cardiff.

Henry Shaw clinic : comfortable treatment and recovery rooms

Her initial experience was gained working in hospital and community service. She then entered general practice owning and running a thriving practice in South Wales for 15 years.

Personal circumstance changed and her desire to enter the holistic field of therapies bought her to North Somerset during which time she also gained her homeopathic and dental acupuncture qualifications.

During 2001 and 2002 both Carolyn and her daughter, Gemma, qualified in various cosmetic disciplines including dermal fillers and this has resulted in the clinic being able to offer various non-surgical cosmetic transformation treatments.

In 2003 she purchased, and received extensive training on the Meridian Stress Assessment System (MSAS) the leading health screening system from North America.

During 2007 Gemma qualified as an Holistic Therapist gaining both her V.C.T.C. and P.A.C.T. qualifications.

In September 2007 Carolyn qualified as a Field Control Therapy (FCT) practitioner, one of only 22 in the UK.

At present , November 2007, Carolyn is studying at Worcester University for a post-graduate Diploma in Nutrition.
